Vintage Properties

Vintage Properties is a real estate company that was looking to update their branding. I created a new logo for them, as well as business cards and some concepts for a realty sign.


LOGO DESIGN PROCESS

The company had been around for some time, and wanted to re-brand itself with a more modern look.

Original Logo:

I created 3 initial directions for their re-brand. I tried to incorporate some of the elements from the original logo while also bringing fresh life to the look.
These elements included color, the focus on the V shape, and in the first direction, the shiny/reflective look.

The client chose direction 1 with no changes.
